Sustainability Intern

Are you a student with a passion for sustainability, eager to learn more about sustainability strategy and have an interest in food? Then you might be our new Sustainability Intern!
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sustainability Intern to join the HelloFresh Nordics team from July/August/September 2024. If you are highly motivated, structured, and hands-on, this is a great opportunity for you to work on business-critical projects and gain valuable work experience in the field of Sustainability while working closely with the local and global Sustainability & Strategy team.
- Internship period is flexible depending on educational track (preferred duration: 4-6 months)
- Working hours: 30-37 hours/week with the possibility of variation over the course of the internship
- Preferred start date: July/August/September 2024
- Internship is unpaid
- Support the Sustainability lead and Green Team on engaging employees and stakeholders in sustainability initiatives: Brainstorm and implement creative engagement strategies to foster awareness and participation.
- Manage internal communications related to sustainability: Draft compelling content for newsletters, develop communications around key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure consistent messaging across various internal channels.
- Manage sustainability data: Support on collecting monthly sustainability-related data and improve monthly processes.
- Support tracking: Assisting in tracking and reporting sustainability metrics and progress towards goals
- A Bachelor/Master's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Sustainability or Business with a passion for sustainability.
- Great ideas and act as a sparring partner for the Sustainability lead.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project Management experience
- An analytical mindset and know how to use data as the basis of your decisions.
- You don’t shy away from a challenge and are able to perform in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment.
- You’re pro-active, ambitious, and make things happen.
- Fluent in English
