We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual to join Jump’s Recruiting Team! Attracting and retaining premier talent is our top priority and the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will collaborate extensively with the HR and Recruiting teams to provide a world class recruiting experience with Jump.

What You'll Do:

  • Interface with vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule and manage all candidate interviews
  • Track all interview details in the applicant tracking system, Greenhouse
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates on their interview day
  • Analyze pre-employment paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates with internal travel team
  • Update and maintain all candidate profiles in Greenhouse and confirm all relevant data is captured and tracked
  • Collaborate extensively with global recruiting team to create successful strategies for marketing Jump and building our brand
  • Manage team credit card expense report
  • Other duties as assigned or needed

Skills You'll Need:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel
  • At least 2+ years previous administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Previous experience using an ATS, CRM, or candidate management tool preferred but not required
  • Excellent data entry skills  / exceptional attention to detail
  • A hardworking and upbeat personality 
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent communicator with a customer service mindset
  • Reliable and predictable availability including the ability to be onsite 5 days a week
