The Role:

As a vital part of Pure Storage’s Global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer will play a strategic role in shaping our Go-to-Market business's future by sourcing and attracting top talent across the AMER region. Working alongside a highly driven and experienced GTM recruiting team, you will conduct deep assessments with candidates from the passive marketplace, driving exceptional candidate experiences and delivering the best quality talent for Pure. This role demands a proactive and creative sourcing strategist who can leverage a variety of channels to build a robust candidate pipeline and support our ambitious growth targets.

 

What You'll Do:

Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source candidates for the Go-to-Market business across [AMER or EMEA], focusing on top-of-funnel recruitment to build a strong pipeline. Utilize traditional and non-traditional channels including diversity networks, alumni groups, professional events, user groups, and social media platforms.

Talent Mapping: Research and map out talent pools across different industries and geographies to identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand trends, salary benchmarks, and industry shifts that could impact talent acquisition strategies.

Candidate Engagement: Engage with passive candidates through effective communication and relationship-building strategies, transforming prospects into active candidates. Address candidate concerns and handle objections to foster a positive candidate journey.

 

Advisory Role: Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to provide insights and strategies for building a strong talent pool. Act as a consultant to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business goals.

 

Data Integrity and Systems Management: Ensure high standards of data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Efficiently manage data to track and analyze sourcing effectiveness.

 

Team Collaboration: Work closely with remote teams across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on recruitment strategies and objectives.

 

What You Bring:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years sourcing experience, preferably with a high-growth company, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful sourcing strategies within a fast-paced environment.

 

Naturally Curious: loves learning, and has the ability to turn that into deep assessments of talent based on competencies.

 

Technical Skills: Proficient in using sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems to enhance recruitment processes and candidate management.

 

Business Acumen: Strong ability to influence and advise key stakeholders, maintaining effective relationships across various levels of the organization.

 

Self-Management: Excellent prioritization and self-management skills, capable of working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

 

As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.The annual base salary range is: $108,000 - $163,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
