Are you passionate about sourcing top talent and building high-impact teams? We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Sourcer to join our Prague Talent Acquisition Team for a crucial role in establishing our new R&D center.

As we expand and build our new R&D center in Prague, this role is critical to ensuring we attract and secure the best talent to drive our innovation and growth. You will be at the forefront of shaping our team and laying the foundation for future success.
As a Talent Sourcer at Similarweb you will:
- Lead Sourcing Strategies: Partner closely with our recruitment team and hiring managers in Prague to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for key roles within our R&D organization.
- Act as a Strategic Advisor: Provide expert recommendations on sourcing approaches and best practices to attract the best candidates.
- Utilize Cutting-Edge Tools: Use and evaluate various sourcing platforms and tools to find top talent globally.
- Engage Top Talent: Drive engagement with high-caliber candidates to fulfill our business needs.
- Enhance Sourcing Practices: Serve as a point of contact for sourcing best practices and training, contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes.
- Experience: 3-5 years in global talent sourcing, preferably within multicultural environments.
- Expertise: Proven track record in sourcing and building pipelines for senior strategic roles, particularly in software development and data engineering.
- Knowledge: Advanced understanding of effective hiring platforms and tools.
- Focus: Strong execution skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
