About Omidyar Network:

Established by philanthropists Pam and Pierre Omidyar, Omidyar Network is a social change venture that has committed more than $1.86 billion to innovative for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations since 2004. Omidyar Network reimagines critical systems, and the ideas that govern them, to build more inclusive and equitable societies—for the benefit of the many, not just the few. Omidyar Network partners with funders, advocates, innovators, businesses, scholars, and others to advance responsible technology, reimagine capitalism, and build cultures of belonging so that all individuals have the social, economic, and democratic power to thrive.

About the Associate Program:

Omidyar Network offers a unique platform for early career professionals to work alongside our colleagues and network partners toward our shared goal of building more inclusive and equitable societies. Our Associate Program is a two-year program that features opportunities to learn and contribute to efforts that create the conditions for systems change across multiple programmatic portfolios. Omidyar Network Associates play a critical role in our work aimed at reimagining capitalism, advancing responsible technology, and building cultures of belonging. They research new areas of programmatic engagement, help identify and scope new portfolio investments, collaborate with our grantees and network partners, and support learning processes. The associate program provides candidates the opportunity to have a meaningful, hands-on experience in the philanthropic sphere, and associates benefit from mentorship from experienced Omidyar Network colleagues. For the 2024 cohort, we will recruit three programs associates and one strategy, learning, & impact associate.
