We are a growing team looking for an Account Operations Manager in the Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Madrid office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As an Account Operations Manager, you’ll handle day-to-day operations, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure successful collaboration between sennder and partners. You'll closely collaborate with sales, Carrier Manager, and cross-functional teams to develop relationships and manage your account portfolio, including Enterprise, MidCap, and SME shippers. In this role, you will …

• Build strong operations relationships with your accounts by constantly communicating, understanding and addressing their pain points
• Ensure operational excellence by supervising transport operations in close contact with customer accounts, in- and external counterparts
• Support strategic and operational planning of your client accounts, especially during the onboarding period
• Develop data insights to understand the performance
• Constantly optimize operational processes in cross-functional cooperation with our Global Operation, Carrier Management and sales team.
• Grow Accounts through spot business on a daily basis and by developing strategic initiatives together with your counterpart on the Expansion Account Executive team
