We are hiring for an Ads Policy Experience Specialist to join our Scaled Operations, Business Integrity Team based in Dublin. This role will have a direct impact on supporting Pinterest’s growth by outsourcing the reviews of new ad products, while also protecting Pinners by ensuring accurate and effective vendor enforcement.  In addition to the vendor teams, you’ll work closely with the other Scaled Ops Ad team members, the Policy Team, the Global Outsourcing Team and be in close collaboration with other Business Integrity/Trust & Safety colleagues. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a mix of stakeholders while being involved in quickly expanding ads space.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage operational workflows and processes to ensure prevention of ad policy violations.
  • Act as a point of contact for cross functional partners for policy/enforcement inquiries.
  • Oversee new ad product launches with the vendor teams, managing enforcement guideline training and launch communications.
  • Manage quality assurance process for ads workflows, providing insights and clarifications to mitigate quality gaps with both vendors and internal teams.
  • Write and/or update internal and external documentation, including status updates, comm docs, FAQs, etc.

  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to evaluate issues objectively.
  • Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects simultaneously; remains focused and productive.
  • A strong communicator that can confidently present learnings and influence stakeholders using data-driven solutions.
