We are seeking an Assistant to join the Chief Business Officer (CBO) Team, working in close partnership with the Assistant to the CBO and directly with Isomorphic Labs’ interim Chief People Officer (CPO).

The Role

We are looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operational needs of the CBO, the CPO and support projects and initiatives that help drive the teams’ and companies’ priorities. This role would suit someone who thrives in fast-paced, changeable environments and is looking to make an impact on bringing AI into the real world!

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a trusted 1:1 working relationship with the CBO Team and CPO, alongside building effective relationships with key team members and other internal partners.
  • Strategically manage complex and constantly evolving calendars of meetings and events, across numerous time zones and offices, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive support to the CPO to ensure both her and her team operate with high-effectiveness and efficiency. 
  • Manage and support priorities, anticipating needs and challenges before they arise and proposing solutions and problem solving. 
  • Organise and execute internal and external events, host visitors and serve as the point of contact for speaking engagements when needed. 
  • Arrange frequent domestic and international travel for meetings, international office visits and speaking engagements e.g. hotel reservations, flight check-in, visas, detailed travel itineraries and overseas transport.
  • Financial administration tasks incl. compiling expense claims, approving purchase order requests, creating contracts, etc.
  • Collaborate with other operational teams across Isomorphic Labs to meet and respond to organisational needs and priorities, providing hands-on support if required.
  • Navigate the complexity of two distinct organisations and cultures, operating appropriately in each. Maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and represent the CPO inline with Isomorphic Labs’ company values.

  • You have an excellent foundation in using the Google Suite and other productivity enhancing methods.
