Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.   Associate Global Program Manager (Product Feedback & Insights)   Why We Have This Role   A Global Program Manager (Product Feedback & Insights) at Qualtrics is responsible for the success of one or more programs within our Products & Engineering organization. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, frontline team members and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to develop processes and systems to engage with customers and collect feedback along the Product Development Lifecycle.  You will identify organizational requirements, set goals and measure progress on key metrics, define and prioritize program roadmaps, and create operating models, tools/systems and communication paths to maximize the efficiency of the broader organization.   How You’ll Find Success

  How You’ll Grow
  • You’ll be responsible for the success of one or more programs (which may span multiple teams and stakeholders)
  • Interact with leaders from all facets of the Product, UX, and Engineering Organization as well as Marketing and Frontline Team members
  • Gain exposure to various Product Feedback & Insights methodologies and tools spanning the Product Development Lifecycle
  • Gain exposure to work performed by Data Science & Analytics, Methods & Practice, and Engineering  Operations
  • People in this role can grow to lead Product Experience teams and functions
  Things You’ll Do
  • Launch a new product Preview Program
  • Manage Preview projects for 2-3 strategic product innovations, ensuring customer engagement and validation
  • Lead quarterly planning and management of at least one customer advisory board (focused on a use case or vertical industry)
  • Enable efficiency through the development of resources, playbooks, and reporting mechanisms
  What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Demonstrated success delivering on cross-functional programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to create resources, how-to guides, and other enablement materials
  • Ability to create project plans and manage to tight deadlines
  • At least one year working closely with Product Managers in a B2B Saas company
  • Proficiency in Qualtrics platform, coda, and knowledge of databases is a plus

  • Qualtrics Product Feedback & Insights Team (PFIT) is responsible for running all customer engagement, feedback, and experience insights programs and systems across the Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Product Managers across seven product units depend on us to recruit customers for Preview programs, manage and run advisory boards, and deliver insights on where our products can be improved.
  • We are responsible for working with the Product teams to bring the most strategic and exciting product innovations to our customers and ensure ongoing feedback and continuous improvement

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. For part-time or intern positions, this pay range is for base pay per hour. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
