Grow your career by joining the HR Transformation team at MongoDB, working directly with leaders across HR. This role will closely work with the HR PMO team to oversee different HR Transformation projects. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employer brand, HR business partnering, employee experience, shared services, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, learning & development, and talent & performance management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Creating delivery schedule
• Facilitating meetings as needed
• Assist in creation of project related documentation, including policies, standards, procedures
• Records meeting minutes, creates action items, and sharing them post meetings
• Providing regular project updates
• Collaborating with other HR PMO team members to define, prioritize, and develop projects
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Managing post-project reviews to identify any potential gaps that can be fixed for future projects

Profile

• Good understanding of HR Operations and/or HR Information Systems
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience within HR Operations managing the employee life cycle
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Strong communication skills 
• Based in Delhi NCR (Option to be Flexible or In-office). For the initial 2-3 months, it will be in-office
