We are looking to hire an Associate Product Manager to join our Red Platform team. We’re building cutting-edge personalization, optimization, and data solutions that will revolutionize how our brands and partners operate and will enhance our ability to provide the best experience for our consumers. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our internal products and user experiences and contribute to the success of several well-known and established digital brands within the Red Ventures portfolio.

This role will provide a high level of visibility across the organization. You will be the point person for a key capability with multiple senior stakeholders while working directly with end-users as you integrate our product suite. Your contribution to the organization will be multifaceted – we are looking for someone who has a strong technical and data foundation (or willingness to learn) and can influence business decisions using that expertise, in addition to communication skills.

What You'll Do:

• Be the voice of the user. It’s on you to identify user problems, and how those get addressed with iterative software development.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the Red Platform roadmap, which defines product enhancements that support the strategic vision of our digital brands and partnerships
• Help manage priorities and implementations for systems, workflows, and product enhancements related to Red Platform offerings
• Work cross-functionally with data engineers, data scientists, software engineers, designers, and business analysts to deliver in-house solutions that drive organizational and end-user value
• Promote product strategy and communicate status, timelines, goals and releases to broad audiences, including RV senior leaders.
• Develop metrics to assess the success of Red Platform products and features and determine necessary enhancements
• Lead and assist the team in troubleshooting user-facing issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to identify opportunities and implement Red Platform solutions that add short- and long-term value
• Understand the competitive landscape across web optimization, personalization, and data capabilities.

What We're Looking For: 

• BA/BS in a relevant field preferred
• A demonstrated track record of success academically or in prior internships, with experience proactively taking ownership of important projects
• Experience using data analysis tools (i.e. SQL) to extract data and synthesize it into actionable insights
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and capable of coming up with data-driven ideas to create value for consumers and business partners
• Strong communication skills: ability to translate quantitative or technical details into clear, succinct summaries and recommendations, and influence decisions for peers and executive audiences.
• Results-oriented: You can guide a team to focus on the activities that will drive the largest lift to targeted metrics
• A proactive learner with a curiosity to always be learning and uncovering new tools and techniques with strong attention to detail.
• Possess an ability to drive effective collaboration between a cross-functional team of varying levels of experience and disciplines
• A team player with no ego, receptive to feedback, and a great sense of humor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, innovation, and follow-through.
• A steady desire and commitment to get better every day through coaching from formal management and mentorship

Compensation

• Cash Compensation Range: $60,000-100,000* *Note actual salary is based on qualifications, and experience.
