YOUR MISSION

As a Big Accounts Lead  you will be directly responsible to build and maintain good relationships between our partners and our company. You will be liaising with the most highly regarded restaurants in your city.

THE JOURNEY

  • Be the main contact for Glovo’s top partners in the food category, building a win-win relationship through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and working as a team to get the best out of the partnership.
  • Build, maintain and grow relationships with C level contacts
  • Be in charge of contract renegotiations, achieving the best deal for both parties, focusing on Glovo’s profitability and growth. 
  • Analyze data to find opportunities to improve Glovo’s profitability, partner’s growth and experience.
  • Get a bunch of exposure and responsibility within the Company on the Local and Regional areas.
  • Dive deep on Glovo’s operations to be able to anticipate and flag possible impacts on the partner's side, making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
  • Draw and execute strategic plans to help the restaurants grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling) . 
  • Push to get operational efficiency of our partners
Main KPIs:
  • Partner satisfaction
  • Partner growth and Orders
  • % Of orders in promo paid by partner
  • Achieve other revenues from assets / Monetization
  • Operational Kpis that affect UX, such as order cancellations due to partner,Wrong or missing items or waiting times
  • Activate Partners new stores

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 4 years of experience in high-performance business consultancy, account management or fast-growing company.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering is a plus. Preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  • Strong commercial, cood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent Portuguese and English skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
