Factor (factormeals.ca) is like a “startup within a startup” and we want to keep up the momentum by adding a Brand and Product Marketing Manager to our team. 

Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing, you’ll be taking ownership of the positioning, messaging, and branding of our product portfolio. As the Brand and Product Marketing Manager, you will ideate, create and distribute promotional/GTM campaigns, lead the charge on developing and managing the brand’s marketing communication strategy, and educate customers on the value and benefits of Factor through brand and product marketing channels.

  • Developing and owning the product marketing strategy for Factor’s weekly menu offering and new product launches
  • Spearheading Factor marketing communications strategy including overseeing and developing briefs, brand copy and managing organic social and brand influencers
  • Serving as the main collaborator between the Brand, Product and cross functional Marketing teams
  • Identify the target audience and develop product positioning, comms and marketing launches for new products
  • Operating in a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, CRM, Tech, Design, Brand, Analytics, UX Research, PR, Social, and Growth Marketing to improve engagement and retention
  • Developing and aligning online and offline marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel owners 
  • Creating the product marketing roadmap, and analyzing campaign performance across activation, engagement and retention
  • All other duties, as assigned

  • ~5 years experience working in relevant role (Brand Manager, Product Marketing, CPG)
  • Direct experience launching and executing product launches, campaigns and consumer surveys
  • Experience overseeing copy and content creation including briefing, editing and creator/freelance management 
  • Strong understanding of Canadian market; direct marketing experience in Quebec a plus
  • Always curious: excited to get to know your customers, the industry, and overall marketing best practices to stay ahead
  • Data-driven brand champion: you’re skilled at diving into data to help build marketing roadmaps and make decisions. Plus, you are the definition of a brand steward and have a great attention to detail - no typo goes unnoticed 
  • Customer-focused: slightly obsessive-compulsive when it comes to understanding the customer and customer experience 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you have the vision, passion, and imagination; you are not afraid to ask, ‘what if’ and strive to optimize inefficiencies
  • Versatile: you roll with the punches and don’t get overwhelmed easily while paving the way and delivering results in a hyper-growth environment
  • Team-oriented: enjoy working cross-functionally & cultivating collaborative partnerships at all organizational levels 
  • Strategic: you love developing roadmaps and have strong track record of setting KPIs, meeting deadlines and building brands
