THE ROLE
Key responsibilitiesThe Business Support Administrator is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will support a range of services as part of a wider team delivering administrative support to teams of Social Worker and families in North Somerset.
Specific dutiesDepending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:• Reception Cover• Minute Taking (Training given)• Diary Management• Data inputting• Application processing• Handling and resolving queries• Collation and presentation of conference reports• Liaising with customers internally and externally• Finance• Variety of administrative tasks• Inbox management• Updating of the LCS (Children’ Social Care) system

The Ideal Candidate• Administration background/experience or an interest in progressing into an administrative role.• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office primarily Outlook, Excel and Word and excellent keyboard skills.• Good communication skills, a good eye for detail, confidentiality, flexibility, and a positive attitude is essential.
