The role

As a Candidate Experience Partner, you’ll be working closely with both the Talent Acquisition and Commercial Teams to provide the best experience for our candidates. You’ll be involved from the early stages of the process, advising hiring managers and recruiters on the right hiring process, as well as act as a partner for our candidates during their entire process with us.

What you’ll do
  • Guide candidates through our process by coordinating/scheduling interviews and assisting them every step of the way
  • Conduct regular audits of the candidate journey, advise the hiring team on candidate experience best practices and make recommendations for improvement
  • Define hiring processes and interviewing tool kits to ensure the right set-up from the start
  • Generate reports and insights to identify trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and measure key recruitment metrics
  • Collect and analyze feedback from candidates (cNPS) and internal stakeholders (hmNPS) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement solutions to address pain points and enhance the overall efficiency of the recruitment process
  • Improve the use of our current tools and ways of working
  • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders on projects impacting our end-to-end hiring process, metrics and market research.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience in coordination, sourcing or recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in talent intelligence is considered a plus
  • Familiarity with the best uses of ATS and other Talent Acquisition tools 
  • Strong organization, prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with peers, stakeholders and candidates of various seniority levels
  • Customer centricity and can-do attitude
