What you’ll do

• Lead a team of API, Full Stack, and Web Engineers to build healthy and stable systems
• Partner with peer teams to refine scope and partnership of the growing team
• Hire top engineers to make a well-balanced diverse team
• Support your team in developing new skills and advancing their careers
• Drive technical excellence and partner with key stakeholders to define and deliver on the team's roadmap
• Support millions of users and enable colleagues by ensuring excellence in core pieces that are shared throughout the application

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of at least one of the following platforms: API, Full Stack, SRE, or Web (backend focused). Client Infra experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, people development, and software project management skills
• Ability to deliver on goals and form long-term strategies around technology, processes, and people
• Ability to keep up-to-date with new technologies to understand what should be incorporated
