What you'll do

  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance or ethical breaches and implement effective strategies to mitigate these risks.

  • Efficiently manage and resolve any compliance-related investigations, ensuring timely and thorough examination of issues as they arise.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee understanding and adherence to compliance and ethical standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance and integrity across SumUp.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of compliance initiatives and make data-driven improvements.

     

     

You'll be great for this role if you

  • Have experience in Compliance conducting investigations, training and awareness programs and assessing risks
  • Are a person of high ethical standards and integrity, with analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to influence and drive change
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Sense of prioritisation and ability to work on more than one activity at the same time
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proactive and innovative approach to process improvement
  • Have upper intermediate English skills
