We’re looking for a self-driven, critical thinker to join our Law Enforcement & Government Operations (LEGO) team. This role will be part of our growing Trust & Safety Scaled Regulatory Operations function and will work on highly sensitive workflows related to user data disclosure, abusive content, and content regulations. In addition, you’ll leverage critical thinking and insights to improve our operational processes and policies while working closely within the LEGO Team and with cross-functional partners to support team and company goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Review and respond to content removal requests from government agencies including content regulation illegality review
  • Review and respond to law enforcement requests for user data 
  • Own resolution of high priority escalations through multiple channels (including 24/7 on-call paging)
  • Review harmful content, including possible child sexual abuse material and actioning accordingly per law and Pinterest’s Community Guidelines
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve operations and scaled process
  • Work closely with global cross-functional stakeholders to support team projects and goals

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working in law enforcement response/criminal law
  • Willingness to learn multiple sets of policies/processes and quickly adapt to changes
  • Takes ownership and accountability of Pinners’ experience, process improvement and issue resolution
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify workflow improvements and operationalize new processes
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with an on-call rotation a plus
  • Experience with sensitive content review a plus

Our PinFlex future of work philosophy requires this role to visit a Pinterest office for collaboration approximately 1x per quarter. For employees not located within a commutable distance from this in-office touchpoint, Pinterest will cover T&E. Learn more about PinFlex here.
