We're looking for a Contract Project Manager, Partner Professional Services, who is customer-obsessed and driven to innovate as we build and transform how we engage and develop partners to deliver their own professional services around Pure’s technology. The right candidate is creative, not afraid to roll-up sleeves, and has demonstrated a drive to solve problems and innovate business processes. This individual will need to be self-motivated, highly organized, and to maintain utmost professionalism as they effectively bridge between internal and external organizations. With this career opportunity, you will leverage your skills and experience in project/program management to help recruit partners, manage program operations, analyze and communicate program KPIs,  and continuously improve program structure.  This individual contributor role will report into the Global Professional Services organization, part of the global Customer Experience organization comprising Technical Services, Professional Services, Customer Success, Portfolio and Pure PEAK. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

  • Service Specialization program administration, record keeping, tracking and reporting
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and development of Service Partners
  • Drive program automation and systems development with related organizations, including  IT, channel operations, Global Delivery Operations, PEAK
  • Ensure Partners stay compliant to Service Program requirements
  • Serve as primary point of contact for account teams and partner organizations re program administration and Q&A
  • Liaise with GPO, CX and PEAK teams on day to day program operations
  • Assist with program strategy, promotion, education, publicity 

What You Bring To The Team

  • BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years in project/program management
  • Proven experience in developing and operating customer/partner relationships
  • PMP certified is a strong plus
  • Previous experience working in a technical support and/or customer support organization is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently, but also able to collaborate with others with a positive attitude, especially in a remote and global environment
  • Experience leading complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders/partners using very strong program and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% when required
  • A passion for professionalism, customer satisfaction and customer success
  • Must be willing and able to work in an open office and team environment

The hourly pay range is: $35/h - $53/h. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. You will be based in Salt Lake City. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.
