About the role

As a (Contract) Title Marketing Manager, you are passionate about your craft and have experience building remarkable campaigns. You will lead the global launch of new and sustaining anime titles across a diverse range of genres, leading and galvanizing the work with cross-functional teams, and maintaining and building relationships with our creators / licensors.

You will set the strategy for our titles, ensuring the impact and delivery of the company goals in both mature and developing markets. We expect that our streaming and partner businesses enjoy growth to scale and engage, are attractive to licensors and their representatives, are credible with audiences, and set the pace for the industry.

In the role of (Contract) Title Marketing Manager, you will report to the Director, Global Title Marketing

About You
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in entertainment, streaming/SVOD, gaming, or related consumer brands.
  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale consumer campaigns with a diverse media mix.
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience creating and conducting presentations for internal and external partners
  • Experience working with licensed content and working with licensors.
  • Experience building premier creative and launching campaigns that fuel passion, fandom, and conversation.
  • Experience managing 360 integrated campaigns (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print and out-of-home) at a global level.
  • Demonstrated experience using consumer research and data to drive insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience.
  • Experience working with globally distributed partners (external and internal)
  • Have knowledge of Anime and fandom culture
  • Experience with digital/social marketing combined with the skills to tell compelling stories for the market through media agnostic ideas.
  • Have experience working with and managing media and creative agencies.
  • Appreciates technology and can collaborate with our product team to integrate our campaigns into the member product experience.
About the Team

The Title Marketing team crafts and implements global franchise title campaign strategies and asset suites, working with cross-functional partners to deliver authentic, relevant, and impactful marketing for tentpole titles, library IP, and seasonal multi-title campaigns globally. They oversee title and campaign special projects, manage global campaign budgets, and strategically align with regional teams to harmonize and increase opportunities across the Crunchyroll portfolio.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
