THE ROLE

Key responsibilitiesThe Creative Assistant is a vital role within Agilisys People team and this role will support the design and production of various types of content, such as e-learning courses, intranet posts, podcasts, videos, infographics, and presentations.

Specific dutiesDepending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:•    Support the design and production of multimedia content for internal learning and development and internal communications channels.•    Research and source relevant information, data, and stories from internal and external sources to support content creation.•    Use content creation tools and platforms to produce high-quality and engaging outputs.•    Follow our brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style guide to ensure consistency and accuracy across all content.•    Collaborate with subject matter experts and other departments to understand their learning needs and objectives in order to provide content support and solutions.•    Monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of our content and training programs, gathering feedback, report on the results and proposing improvements.•    Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in content creation and learning and development, including the use of AI, and make recommendations for implementation.

The Ideal Candidate•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•    Experience in content creation.•    A passion for learning and storytelling, and a keen eye for detail.•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc.•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple projects and deadlines.•    Video creation and editing skills.•    Experience with content creation tools – Page Tiger, Articulate & Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite.•    A Bachelor degree in English, Communications, Education, or a related field.•    Knowledge of instructional design theories and methods, SEO, analytics, and content marketing.
