What You'll Do In This Position

You’ll be responsible for creating CRM journeys, campaigns, and strategies to enhance our merchants’ experience through the lifecycle. For that, you’ll need to:

  • Run medium complexity analyses to report on projects performed and suggest new projects to impact specific KPIs;
  • Have clear knowledge of CRM metrics, channels, strategies, and familiarity with CRM tools; 
  • Manage entire medium to high-complexity topics from the business, dealing with multiple relevant KPIs from each topic;
  • Have acute business sense and problem-solving in order to deal with higher-level stakeholders on complex matters (with the leader’s guidance).
  • Monitoring the competition and the market in order to identify opportunities for new Direct Marketing actions and ensure that actions are aligned with the target audience.
  • Meeting or generating demands to improve existing segmentations in the Commercial and Operations areas, with regard to prices and/or product assortment, so that customer behavior studies support marketing actions and contribute to achieving results.
  • Preparing and suggesting improvements to campaign measurement reports in order to help monitor the marketing strategy.
  • Carrying out customer mortality and life cycle studies in order to monitor rates and map points for improvement in actions.

 

You'll be a great fit for this position if: 

  • SQL Knowledge (medium/basic)
  • Excel/Sheets knowledge (advanced)
  • Customer Success Knowledge 
  • Marketing Cloud or similar (advanced)
  • At least 2 years working with CRM
  • Project Management (medium/advanced)
  • Content writing (basic/medium)
  • English (medium/advanced)
