Why we have a role: Qualtrics Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning & Insights is looking for a senior leader to build out our CDMX analyst team. The team will lead analysis, reporting, data operations, and data quality in support of a global go-to-market organization (sales, customer success, market). This role is essential to enabling our go-to-market operations and surfacing valuable insights to our field teams.  

 

Things you'll do: 

  • Manage the end-to-end reporting suite for global go-to-market teams (sales, customer success, marketing)
  • Drive analysis in support of territory planning, quota setting, pipeline and capacity health, customer health, performance management, and customer journey analytics
  • Lead a team of analysts handling a large volume of project and ticket-based requests for ad-hoc insights analysis, adjustments to the standard reporting suites, and data updates/maintenance in support of a global organization
  • Establish processes to maintain and improve data quality/accuracy/integrity of customer and operational data within Salesforce and related systems. Perform root-cause analysis of data quality issues, leading to improvements.  
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and understand a complex set of policies to work effectively with global field

  • You will know you are doing an exceptional job when our reporting suites and data operations are running smoothly, and global leaders trust you enough to come to you with their business pain points and ask for help. 

 

How you’ll grow:

  • Opportunity to build a team from the ground up, including hiring/developing a team of analysts, creating new processes/standards from scratch
  • Build relationships with senior leaders and drive revenue impact across the globe 
  • Become a thought leader in sales and go-to-market operations, the supporting data/systems, and how data can be used to drive performance improvement. 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing teams of analysts in a fast-paced environment. 
  • 4+ years relevant industry experience in sales operations, sales planning processes, and/or associated CRM systems (i.e. salesforce.com or SAP C4C)
  • Project management and process improvement experience. 
  • Able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced growth environment, manage a team to strict SLAs and communicate effectively to a global audience
  • Experience with SQL and visual reporting tools such as Tableau, and the ability to manage a team that works day-to-day in data integration and data analysis tools. 
  • Degree from a top-tier university with an analytical focus (e.g. STEM, business analytics, information systems, finance, data science)
