This role will exclusively serve the existing Executive Team, with a focus on comms for CEO Bill Ready. Overseeing a small, nimble team of extremely high-level comms professionals, this position will intake, prioritize and manage all of the communications needs for the company’s top leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, plan and execute a communications strategy that elevates Pinterest’s CEO and other Executive leaders both internally and externally 
  • Select and manage global CEO appearances for Bill Ready, drive all prep leading to event including the creation of crisp and engaging narratives, prep for Bill and seamless delivery of engagements
  • Contribute to Pinterest’s thought leadership in the market by positioning the Executive team to offer pointed and credible points of view on relevant discussions happening 
  • Produce high quality written content, including talking points, speeches, published articles, op-eds and other content on behalf of the CEO and Executive team
  • Coordinate and manage comms support requests across the Executive Team
  • Prioritize projects that best serve the business needs, managing expectations of numerous executives
  • Inspire and manage a small, nimble team to best support all top-tier internal and external events

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven record of top-tier comms management in high-profile companies
  • Experience managing executives with high expectations in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that lead to effective cross functional partnership within the organization
  • History of successfully building relationships with senior leaders, internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to prioritize strategically
  • Resilience, flexibility
  • Excellent writing skills with a track record of producing successful and impactful content on behalf of senior leaders
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices that keep our Executive team on the leading edge of conversations in the marketplace

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
