• Launch a medical assistant for care teams to revolutionize the management of clinical activities & a personal assistant to make our products fully self-onboard, self-service and improve the performance of our healthcare professionals
• Launch features/product bricks powered by AI: billing engine in DE, improved taskmanager, patient virtual assistant, patient search, patient check-in, patient prevention and many more
• Transform our operations and the way we all work with the help of AI technologies
• Contribute to building an european AI champion by pushing for AI innovations
• Transform how healthcare is delivered by practitioners, improve access to healthcare and quality of care that is delivered and ultimately, save lives

Your duties in more details

• Build client-centric Data Solutions by developing and implementing data science & AI strategies, developing and executing a strategic roadmap for the integration of AI and machine learning. 
• Work closely with our product management team to integrate the data-driven features, enhancing usability and efficiency. Also, you’ll be working closely with engineering, marketing, finance and business leaders to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and accelerating our business growth.
• Boost internal operational efficiency by fostering a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the data science usage to inform & improve decision making at all levels.
• Collaborate with business departments to find use cases & integrate AI solutions into processes to improve efficiency and quality of decision making and establish data governance processes and best practices.
• Technical & Innovation leadership - deeply understand our existing data assets, tech & data infrastructure and architecture by staying at the forefront of AI research, innovations and technology trends, pushing us to integrate cutting-edge methodologies
• Oversee the design, development and deployment of AI solutions, including NLP models, machine learning algorithms & automation tools
• Collaborate closely with Data & ML Engineering teams to ensure acquisition, quality and availability of data and collaborate closely with technology and machine learning Ops team to successfully deploy analytical models into production
• Lead and manage a team of NLP/AI Experts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and other AI professionalsTrain and upskill the current team and hire the best data scientists

Who you are

• You have an Engineering educational background
• A Data Science or AI related academic background is a strong plus (Data Science, AI, ML, applied math, NLU, NLP, LLM, Data Mining, Data topics, etc)
• A PhD and/or a research experience on those topics is a strong plus 
• You have 10+ years of experience in Data Science, working with AI technologies (ML, NLP/NLU, LLM), with experience defining AI/Data Science vision of a Tech company & delivering AI/ML features in software or SaaS products
• You are an experienced People driven Team Manager, experienced in building & leading 10+ HC Data Science/AI teams, defining OKR-driven objectives & growing a team of managers & ICs
• You are a Proactive listener & a strong communicator, used to making the bridge between Tech, Product & Business, prioritizing initiatives & fostering collaboration & collective wins
• You are a Business-minded person, able to understand Doctolib’s business & product vision & translate it into your strategy 
• Being experienced in building AI powered products for healthcare is a strong plus
• You have an Entrepreneurial mindset with strong alignment with our mission to transform healthcare
