As an Editorial Product Manager, you will be a member of our high-performing Product Team for a 12-month maternity cover. From our office in Copenhagen, you will take an important role in creating high-quality recipe cards in Swedish. The ideal candidate will be able to masterfully create and update recipe cards to brand standards, compose clever culinary copy, and optimize language for style, clarity, grammar, and punctuation — all while staying mindful of a tight production workflow. HelloFresh recipe cards are the most important connection we have to our customers, and clear, concise, error-free recipes ensure a truly successful customer experience.

• Copy, edit, and proofread 40+ recipes per week, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency of voice and style across all recipe cards
• Write clear and concise recipe titles and subtitles
• Work closely with the Culinary and Operations teams to eliminate recipe errors if/when product changes are made
• Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all editorial deadlines are met
• Implement and interpret customer feedback as it applies to recipes
• Set up and activate the weekly menu online 
• Have the possibility to support other team members in the achievement of OKR-driven initiatives and improvement projects

• Fluency in Swedish both written and oral required - preferably mother tongue/Native 
• Bachelor’s degree in Swedish, Journalism, or a Communications-related field
• 2+ years of experience in editing, writing, translations, and content creation. Ideally with a background in food editing and copywriting
• Exceptionally skilled in copy editing, proofreading, and ensuring adherence to style guides
• Highly organized with supreme attention to detail. You’ll triple-confirm and cross-check until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it’s correct!
• Ability to meet extremely tight deadlines while ensuring complete accuracy across all projects and tasks
• A self-starter attitude and truly proactive problem solver who works relentlessly to execute all steps needed until the problem is resolved
• Tech-literate and have the willingness to learn how to use internal systems and tools. Any familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
