We’re looking for a Program Manager in the Engineering Operations team. If you have a deep understanding of Software Project Management and agile methodologies, are passionate about working with data, building it into a visual, meaningful representation, and are eager to create processes and develop solutions based on insights, this is the right position for you.

This role will report to the Engineering Operations Team Manager.As part of your role, you will be responsible for continuously improving infrastructure, processes and outcomes. In addition to keeping meaningful and consistent data, analyzing it, defining KPIs, measuring them and optimizing execution based on these KPIs.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the Engineering Operations  teammeans your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Lead cross-organizational initiatives from end-to-end 
  • Define KPIs and create tracking tools/dashboards
  • Provide tools and means to identify gaps and opportunities in R&D teams' execution​
  • Prioritize and analyze the gaps​, suggest mitigations and offer means to address them
  • Where applicable, lead the implementation​ of mitigation strategies
  • Own specific domains by building consistent, organized, structured and lean operation
  • Support Data-Driven decisions​
  • Operate in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Build traceability between business goals and team execution

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • +3 years of Project Management experience
  • Operations Management experience 
  • Agile methodologies proficiency
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency 
  • SQL/Tableau - advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • B.Sc/B.A/M.A/MBA in Industrial Engineering, Business or Information Systems 
  • Strong ability to launch and lead new initiatives
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team

The B2C group in Similarweb is relatively lean, with a startup mindset and passion for data.
