About this team and role:

As an Enterprise Application Product Manager, you are passionate about understanding the customer behavior, expectations and perspectives while consistently delivering business value and customer success. You employ emotional intelligence as a design tool, seeking first to understand your customer's needs and co-creating solutions with your peers, stakeholders and user community ultimately developing a comprehensive product vision and strategy. You believe that delivering the right product is generated from varying levels of listening and drawing insights from what you hear and observe. Your strong interpersonal skills will be critical as you work across multiple business teams to understand the emerging needs of Mozilla. You enjoy working with different teams, supporting the delivery process, determining the best solution to address their needs and make them more successful. Someone who is passionate about learning and innovation, loves to experiment to find the best way to solve customers’ problems. You will evaluate the needs of a business and deliver solutions that meet those needs. Truly outstanding abilities and job history are required to solve the Business Systems challenges at Mozilla.

What you’ll do 

  • Translate Stakeholder vision and objectives into business requirements
  • Lead the discovery process by using Design Thinking principles to identify new opportunities and enhancements, and collaborate with the business and delivery teams to assess value, usability and feasibility of product features
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient enterprise-level applications based on business requirements
  • Oversee pilot testing and proof of concept initiatives based on user-centered results such as prototypes, wireframes and design documents
  • Partner with internal business units to engage and develop use cases to build and/or enhance products and applications for the organization
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development practices
  • Support implementation and integration of enterprise applications with other business systems, ensuring detailed data flow and process synchronization
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for enterprise application enhancements and improvements

  • Proven track record to learn new and complex topics
  • Strong written communications skills and experience writing user documentation
  • You can reason through problems from multiple perspectives
  • Excellent planning and project management skills; ability to effectively lead priorities to meet requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment, while working on different projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
