Overview:

As LivePerson’s Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping to drive revenue growth within EMEA. In this role, you will be expected to partner with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Product to develop activities that align with LivePerson’s roadmap, business priorities, and brand vision — both generating and progressing opportunities to close. You will report to the Sr. Director, Global Revenue Marketing and have a unique opportunity to be part of a nimble, high-impact team, helping to drive the adoption of AI-powered brand-to-consumer conversations with Fortune 500 companies.

You will: 

  • Be held accountable to pipeline targets set by the CMO and GM & SVP of EMEA.
  • Be a go-to partner for the EMEA sales organization.
  • Be an input on the greater regional strategy starting in H2 2024.
  • Be a core contributor to Global events like Spark.
  • Drive the execution of all LivePerson-hosted events held in EMEA. Eg: Executive dinners, and 1:1 activities for account-based marketing.
  • Drive the execution of all EMEA-based third-party events that LivePerson is participating in. Eg: Major tradeshows like Money20/20 and World Aviation Festival.
  • Drive the execution of bimonthly live webinars for lead generation in the US and EMEA.
  • Travel with the team to domestic locations up to 2x per quarter, and international locations up to 2x per year.

You have:

  • 5+ years of related experience in EMEA-focused field marketing, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or another related field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Experience working with executives — both internal and external.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing a 6-figure budget, as well as working with legal, security, and finance teams to acquire new vendors.
  • Experience planning & executing events — virtual and in-person — from soup to nuts.
  • Top notch organization & problem-solving skills — there is no situation that you can’t “untangle” or bring much-needed clarity to.
  • The ability to be very decisive during moments of ambiguity.
  • No ego whatsoever with a “team first” mentality.
