Teads are looking for a Global Industry Director to run the day to day operationalisation of the Leading Tech accounts.

As part of the STA strategy to accelerate growth in our biggest accounts , we are finding that once our top accounts reach a certain scale , we need 100% focussed resource to manage the complexities of these accounts, make all the connections both externally and internally within their and our business to unlock these account to the max ( and ensure fantastic white glove delivery of our day to day service)

You will be responsible for forging partnerships and driving incremental revenue growth with Teads biggest STA account The Global Industry Director will report to the VP Tech/Telco ( Sam Mcbride) , working with local Tech Industry Directors in key markets to manage and step change growth and senior level client relationships.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following:
  • Provide dedicated, global strategic partnership support to one of the world's most prestigious advertisers
  • Developing strong and trusted relationships with regional and local market clients and their agency partners. Understand the clients problems / opportunities for growth
  • Develop and scale collaborative internal relationships with stakeholders in all markets to ensure a united vision and implementation 
  • Working in partnership with Client VP to deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Lead the development of advertiser specific best practices - including playbooks, custom insights & learnings, and SLAs
  • Working closely with Sales, CX, and Sales Planning teams to ensure client objectives and expectations are clear and communicated internally
  • Ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue
  • Share learnings and insights back with Client VP and your peers in other markets
  Requirements: 
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator
  • Strong understanding and background in the Digital Media landscape and Teads platform
  • Strong track record in delivery of results 
  • Ability to build relationships with client and agency decision makers 
  • Adaptable, flexible and a good listener, you have a strong sense of customer service and like to find solutions
  • Perfect fluency in English (additional languages preferable)
  • Strong programmatic and managed and self-service knowledge/experience
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
