In the Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager role, you will be a key player in our Client Experience (CX) organization. Your primary goal is to empower our CX professionals with tools, training, and resources, ensuring they effectively engage with customers, foster product adoption, and maximize the value of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update training materials and documentation for the CX team
  • Manage the onboarding process for new CX hires to enhance their productivity
  • Design and conduct training programs on account management, internal ecosystem navigation, and product expertise
  • Lead regular training sessions on product updates, market trends, and customer engagement techniques
  • Provide recommendations on the efficient use of CX platforms and CRM systems
  • Work with CX leadership to pinpoint improvement areas and strategize solutions
  • Track KPIs and gather feedback to evaluate and refine enablement programs
  • Collaborate with various teams for consistent messaging and approaches

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-centric roles (client success, customer success, client experience), preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
  • 2+ years in a leadership position, with a history of successful training and enablement sessions
  • Proficient project management skills and the ability to manage several projects concurrently
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with CX platforms, CRM systems, including Salesforce.com, ZenDesk, Highspot and similar tools
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • High attention to detail and task prioritization skills
  • Self-driven and proactive work approach

The base pay range for this position is $110,000-$120,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
