As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will explore new ways to create audience growth – particularly through SEO strategies. In this role, you will use data tooling across performance metrics to shape our SEO strategy and organic mission – adhering to Google standards while establishing greater trust with consumers. You will measure success on projects through various marketing tools, reporting on progress to senior leadership. Working alongside other departments, such as the editorial, engineering, and design teams, is also key for this role. 

RV EDU is proudly headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and is dedicated to cultivating local talent and driving economic development on the island. While many of our roles are located in Puerto Rico, some are also located at RV’s main campus south of Charlotte, NC, or are remote-based.

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based out of our San Juan, Puerto Rico or South Charlotte area office, with in-office Monday-Thursday and fully remote work on Fridays each week.

What You'll Do

  • Explore new ways to create audience growth
  • Use data tooling across performance metrics to shape our SEO strategy and organic mission – adhering to Google standards while establishing greater trust with consumers
  • Measure success on projects through proprietary in-house marketing tools, reporting on progress to senior leadership
  • Work closely with editorial and engineering stakeholders on a bias-to-action plan that improves our portfolio of over 50 sites and over 16,000 pages
  • Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams – business, product, and technology – to understand the challenges they face, identify opportunities for data-driven improvement, and deploy digital experiences that are consumer-facing
  • Translate complex business problems into clear, measurable projects. You'll see the big picture but also dive into details to uncover new opportunities for growth and optimization

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in data, analytics, marketing, or similar field
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and action a strategic plan rooted in data
  • Proficiency in data tooling to create succinct performance narratives and insights (Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Looker)
  • Passionate about digital marketing and consumer-facing digital experiences
  • Cross-functional marketer who enjoys working alongside different teams to create unique digital products
  • Organized professional who is accountable and autonomous with tactical responsibilities

Compensation

  • Compensation Range: $65,000-85,000**Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience
