Job Description:

As an HR Administrator, Corporate Shared Services, you will assist the HR team in providing and managing HR support service to the Corporate business units across the North American Cluster (US/ CA). This role will touch all elements of the employee life cycle. ​The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to their HR colleagues, managers, and employees. ​You will be part of a dynamic team that will own Tier 1 HR Customer Support. This role will require a base knowledge of HR functions and policy and knowledge of HR Systems. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, 9 am - 6 pm (1-hour lunch).

You will ...
  • Promptly answer tier 1 Corporate employees’ HR inquiries through a ticketed workflow. 
  • Assist new employees and line managers with first-line HR queries; this includes payroll, benefits, employee perks, paid time off, health and safety, leaves, immigration, and company policies.
  • Support all administration tasks such as data audits to ensure accuracy and processing information in the HR system.
  • Own data entry into HRIS system such as submitting positions, creating requisitions, updating positions/requisitions per Talent Acquisition requirements, and ensuring positions are maintained in a way to ensure we have good data integrity.
  • Collaborate with others to identify potential inaccuracies and provide insight into guideline changes to improve data integrity in our HRIS.
  • Focus on confidentiality and maintaining personal data privacy is essential for all work assignments.
  • Identify areas of improvement with a focus on employee experience.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects.

At a minimum, you have...

  • Minimum of 1+ year(s) experience in Human Resources.
  • Associate Degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communications skills
