We are looking fora highlytalented Inside sales representative in our Israel office.  

 

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • The incumbent will be tasked with enabling B2B companies to make and receive international payments. Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible with helping onboard our cross border B2B clients to provide seamless introduction to our service. You will build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders, helping streamline the process and create order to the onboarding.  
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. Candidate should possess tech and client facing skills. 

As a key member of our SMB sales team, this role will be working hand in hand with the sales managers to on-board FX clients.  After the client has verbally agreed to take working capital with Payoneer, a handoff will take place to help finalize the process.  This new role will require a strong attention to process and the technical aspect of the Payoneer and ecommerce platforms.  

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Impact market segment share by acquiring and onboarding new customers across all verticals. 
  • Maintain and exceed regional targets in areas of # of clients and GMV from our direct business. 
  • Drive below the line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness. 
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Draft various business reports. 

 

Does this sound like you?

  • 2+ years of sales, customer service, ideally in a tech environment. 
  • Russian speaker - a must!  
  • Consultative selling skills, be able to fully understand a client’s business and how Payoneer products can be fully utilized.   
  • Ability to build strong rapport in a short time frame, instill confidence with clients.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Time management and multitasking skills 
  • Data and technically oriented. 
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals 
  • Ability to work with a cross functional global team 
  • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure 
  • A sense of humor and enjoyable to be around 

 

Not a must but a great advantage:    

  • Experience using salesforce.com or a similar CRM system 
  • Experience in the Payments and Banking industry 
  • Experience with data analytics & BI tools
