🎯 Your Role:

As our Internal Communications Manager, you will be the driving force behind crafting and delivering impactful internal communications. From developing engaging content to implementing innovative communication channels, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational culture and ensuring that our team is informed, inspired, and connected.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Together with the rest of the Corporate Communications Team execute on Betsson’s corporate communications strategy.

Further develop and implement the internal communications plan for the Group, informing and engaging employees on a global level, covering areas such as Betsson’s business strategy, vision and values, Code of Conduct etc.

Overall responsibility for Betsson’s internal communication channels including intranet, (including managing the system in co-operation with Internal IT), global emails, Teams channels etc.

Ownership of the intranet for Betsson Group.

Coordinate global All Hands meetings together with CEO-office, as well as ad hoc company-wide updates and announcements.

Stay up to date with business developments and new initiatives within the group, including local HR-offices, and identify communication needs and opportunities for value adding communication.

Cooperate with head of external communications to ensure a relevant internal angle to external news.

Support company activities with internal communication.

Update existing corporate content in internal channels, planning and creating engaging content, as well as driving engagement internally for sharing knowledge and news.

Support senior management with internal presentations, speaking points, employee communication etc.

Work closely with HR Business Partners and advise on department level communication.

💼 Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Fluent in written and verbal English a must, additional language skills a plus.

Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about communication initiatives.

iGaming industry knowledge or experience from a similar fast paced industry is a plus.

University degree in in communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Exceptional writing skills.

Good eye for detail, service minded and flexible.
