Doctolib is looking for an IT Cloud & Identity Engineer to be in charge of building and maintaining the cloud & identity infrastructure.

The challenge is to help our teams to grow the healthcare professionals who use Doctolib every day as well as the millions of Europeans who visit our sites every month and to offer them an outstanding user experience.

Reporting to the Head of IT Engineering, you will work in the platform domain squad and collaborate with all Doctolib business teams, as well as in close collaboration with the IT business domain, IT Operations, and Security teams. You lead by example with a 'Hands-on' attitude and information sharing with your peers.

Responsibilities

• Automate common processes (such as Infrastructure & identity flows…) to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Manage identity aspects over Microsoft Entra ID (azure ad), including user provisioning, applications and access management, etc...
• Enhance our infrastructure-as-code approach by refining continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Oversee and manage our main services to guarantee optimal performance and continuous availability.
• Support Doctolibers activities by providing level 3 support.
• Integrate applications with our IGA (Identity Now) to ensure proper access controls and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure and identity management processes.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure (AWS is a nice to have).
• You have already worked on identity solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Sailpoint or Okta.
• You are familiar with developing Script (PowerShell, github ,Bash, Python…).
• IaC tools knowledge (such as Terraform, azure RM) is a nice to have.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• You are familiar with Agile / SCRUM framework and rituals, you are at ease with Atlassian boards and estimation rituals.
• Good English level is mandatory.
