Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • You ensure the UKI & BLX customer growth team is set up to achieve stretch targets 
  • You own our retention and upsell strategy and execution across these two core regions, a diverse customer size (2-2000 employees) and set the direction to achieve company-wide business goals
  • You lead and develop a team of up to 8 Growth Managers
  • You act as an Ambassador and represent Personio’s UKI and BLX customer base, both towards external and internal stakeholders
  • You are willing to be a Hands-on contributor whenever your team and customers need you - also on site with customers
  • You align as a business owner frequently with central core functions to constantly optimize efforts across these two core markets (Product & Engineering, Sales Strategy & Enablement, Marketing, Customer Experience, Talent Acquisition)
  • You are on top of regional upcoming HR legislations and technological HR needs and communicate them to internal stakeholders timely

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management with a strong international background, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in people leadership with a proven track record of working with and of coaching high performing ICs, either in significant turnaround or fast scale-up environments
  • A background in B2B SaaS and prior work experience in a fast-growing technology firm; preferably understanding sales and buying processes in B2B SMB (sub 2000 Employees). 
  • Experience in an international environment, managing teams in the UK/I and/or BLX Market 
  • A deep understanding of the industry, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • The ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and the habit to build data-based hypotheses, make conclusions based on data and thoroughly track quantitative results.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Dutch in addition is a plus
