The Global Brand Experiences team at Pinterest is a diverse team of collaborative storytellers, strategists, creatives, and producers who are passionate about building extraordinary events and experiences around the globe. We’re known for our ability to think big while paying attention to the details that matter. In this role you will lead a team of people and also lead experiential production as needed on projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers projects on budget and on time with a high bar of creativity. 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of experiential producers but work on projects in multiple markets. 
  • Produce experiences and events from concept to execution. 
  • Brief, RFP, and manage agencies, production partners, and internal creative resources. 
  • Develop production schedules, budgets, onboarding documents, playbooks and more - all in service of programs that drive results. 
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, Legal, Communications, Product, Security, and more. 
  • Ensure our work is on brand, on budget, and on time. 
  • Prioritize and manage workload to ensure programs and updates are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Draft clear communications for internal and external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in experiential production or marketing.
  • Experience managing agencies, partners, and teams.
  • Have a strong creative point of view.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communicator who can work across multiple time zones and international markets.
  • Comfortable contributing and leading projects.
  • Managed teams previously with a track record for developing employees.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
