Who We Are

We maintain the main subscription platform used to track, measure, and calculate customer utilization and notify customers of relevant changes. We build reliable and scalable systems that collect and calculate every customer's utilization of the ThousandEyes platform. We enable the monetization of new products and offerings. We provide the required data to the billing department for customer invoicing. We provide customers with clear insights into their near real-time usage data to help them make the best of our platform. We maintain systems that enable Sales Organization by connecting multiple 3rd party solutions and subscription management tools.

About The Role

As a part of this team, you will build an Open Telemetry platform for sharing fine-grained telemetry data to customers and partners as well as ingesting data and configurations into the ThousandEyes platform. You will contribute to building robust and scalable data pipelines, visualizations, and microservices that support business workflows. You will make sure systems are operational and adhere to strict SLAs.

What You’ll Do

As an engineer on the Subscription Management Platform team, you will be responsible for maintaining critical platform workflows that enable subscriptions workflows and contract enforcement. You will design and implement microservices that process the usage of large data sets collected by our corpus of Cloud and Enterprise agents, as well as orchestrating how these microservices work together to deliver low latency data APIs through our web portal to our customers.
