The Manager, FP&A, Product & Procurement  is a member of the Finance leadership team and reports to the Director, Finance, Product & Procurement.  In this position you will partner closely with the Procurement and Physical Product teams to define budgets, closely track key performance indicators and deliver impactful business analysis. You have a technical and operational background but are also a great communicator and leader that guides the development of our financial processes through our continued growth phase while collaborating closely with other business functions.

This is a temp position from June '24 to November '24

You will…

  • Be a key business partner for the Procurement and Product teams by providing deep insights and bridging gaps between operational performance metrics and financial results.
  • Execute and manage a state-of-the-art planning and  forecasting process by working with Procurement leaders to estimate financial results based on future action plans and business assumptions while owning all planning, forecasting and financial reporting processes across Procurement and Product.
  • Manage and prepare monthly expense variance commentary and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to track delivery of EBITDA goals. Meet with functional leaders and review on a monthly basis these financial results and forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Build rigorous analytical tools and reporting to measure business results, key success metrics, and spend efficiency, leveraging existing infrastructure as appropriate and creating new capabilities as required.
  • Understand and highlight key performance indicators and drivers of change within the financial results and present findings to leadership. Maintain dashboards/scorecards of actual and expected business performance.

You have…

  • 5+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or consulting. 
  • 2+ years of managing experience
  • Experience working with procurement, operations, distribution/fulfillment centers and/or logistics.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment; effective multitasking skills are vital.
  • High proficiency in Excel, financial analysis methods and concepts to prepare forecasts, cash flows and perform analyses.
  • In-depth experience with managing planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. Experience with Adaptive Insights is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • BA/BS from a top university / college required. MBA is a plus.

New York Pay Range$97,500—$130,000 USDColorado Pay Range$93,750—$125,000 USD
