About The Role

Teads is looking for a world-class Manager/Director of Marketing Enablement & Operations (Global) to join our Marketing team focused on optimizing every interaction by creating best in class marketing go-to-market framework.. Reporting to the Global Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a key leader in the marketing team, responsible for overseeing Marketing GTM for global initiatives inclusive of owning, developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities 

Enablement 

  • Develop and lead the overall demand generation strategy aligned with company goals and objectives focused on churn reduction and new business priorities.
  • Work closely with the VP of Content Marketing to create compelling and targeted content that resonates with our target audience at each stage of the buyer's journey.
  • Design an integrated multi-channel marketing framework to deploy locally.
  • Implement lead marketing programs, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with sales goals.

Operations

  • Establish standardized marketing operations, including effective tracking and reporting systems e.g. Hubspot/CRM.
  • Align markets with business objectives/priorities and unifying messaging and branding.
  • Develop and successfully deploy GTM plans across all markets with playbooks and input tracking to determine success.
  • Create and leverage integrated marketing campaigns with agency and brand partnerships, amplifying local and regional success stories.
  • Scale and customize global assets to meet the specific needs of each local market.
  • Develop input tracking to ensure we have measurement plans across all global initiatives resulting in transparent progress reporting, understanding areas of opportunity and cross-functional feedback loop.
  • Oversee all marketing operations (e.g., target setting, lead scoring, attribution etc), ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively, and that they yield the desired results.
  • Serve as a strategic partner for the CMO in formulating short and medium-term strategies.
  • Measure, evaluate, and report on the performance and effectiveness of all marketing campaigns. Use this data to make informed decisions about future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in a demand generation role, preferably in the advertising, ad tech, or media industry 
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the buyer's journey
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

The base salary range is $110-130K; Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this role. This role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly bonus and/or commission payments based, in part, individual and company performance relative to pre-established targets. Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
