As our new Marketing and Account Management Specialist, you and your team will play an integral role in our mission: to create and support successful travel brands that change the world for the better. 

As our Marketing and Account Management Specialist, you will work closely with four (4) of our travel brands to deliver clear results. In this role, you will help them to identify their main priorities and needs, and will coordinate the execution of different campaigns and projects with our marketing channel specialists (SEO, SEA, social, social paid, CRM, marketing automation, copywriting, etc.). We are looking for a hands-on Marketing professional (2-3 years of experience) who is hungry for growth and success! 

You will report directly to our new Director of Marketing and liaise often with Erick, our Head of Business Operations. You will join a growing Marketing team of eight (8) talented individuals. Your main working language will be English.

On daily basis, you will 
  • Serve as the main account manager for several of our travel brands and establish strong professional relationships through transparency, frequent communication, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of projects and campaigns for these travel brands.
  • Clearly identify and assigning tasks to channel specialists (e.g., SEO or keyword research, copywriting, landing pages, or website revamps), in line with your travel brands' priorities.
  • Ensure that your brands are on track for meeting their weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs across all channels (sessions to quality sessions, quality sessions to MQLs, MQLs to deals), and take action if you spot an issue. 
  • Work closely with our CRM Specialist on select projects.  
The basics you bring along 
  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in Marketing, ideally in account management.
  • Strong multitasking skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrable background in data, KPIs, and results-driven approach.
  • You are fun to be around—your colleagues will enjoy working with you! 
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Strong and confident level of English.
You can impress us even more with
  • Passion for and/or previous experience in the travel industry.
  • Experience in an agency setting and/or coordinating multiple projects with different clients/target groups.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Hubspot.
