We are looking for a self-motivated professional to join our New York City-based team as an Office Manager. Our New York office accommodates over 125 Red Ventures employees who are involved with various brands such as The Points Guy, Lonely Planet, Bankrate, and CNET. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the office operates smoothly and provides a productive work environment for all. This position entails working in the office for 4-5 days per week, with Monday through Thursday as the primary days required. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Foster a positive work environment for teammates in the office by keeping the day-to-day office running smoothly and owning in-office culture initiatives
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and events, including managing catering and IT setup
  • Ordering office lunches on Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week
  • Welcoming and directing visitors, vendors, and candidates both in person and over the phone; implementing security checkpoint procedures
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Working with Red Ventures central facilities team, human resources & executive leaders on a variety of tasks
  • Serving as the day-to-day contact for various vendors (break room, vending, janitorial service, repairs, copier service issues, etc.)
  • Performing general tasks such as restocking coffee and breakroom supplies, receiving packages and deliveries, and maintaining the office's general supply inventory

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of administrative and office management experience in a professional office setting
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation

New York City Compensation Range: $75,000 - $90,000 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
