As we scale across countries and borders, the Habyt Operations Team is critical to providing our members with a seamless and joyful experience. As a vital member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for the quality of operations for your assigned cluster. You are highly organised and have excellent communication skills. You can multi-task and jointly with a cross-functional team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Source, manage and support all Operations vendor relationships, communication, contract negotiations, and payments
  • Support the operations team to negotiate new or maintain facilities service contracts including but not limited to Maintenance & MEP, Customer Support, Landscaping, Pest Control, etc.
  • Oversee the maintenance of buildings and periodically review and report on building health
  • Oversee all operations related member tickets and ensure to reply to them in an adequate and prompt manner, complying to the SLAs and maximising the member CSAT.
  • Project-manage a portfolio that combines large-scale en-blocs and individual strata units to ensure adequate maintenance, upkeep and customer response.
  • Ensure maintenance requests submitted via ticketing system are responded to and solved in a timely manner to achieve KPI targets
  • Procure emergency items to facilitate repairs and improve assets in the portfolio
  • Serve as the liaison between Members, Staff, and, when requested by the Operations Manager, Landlords
  • Regularly conduct a quality control check in order to improve building Operations and Member satisfaction
  • Work with the operations team to continuously find ways to improve the member experience delivered

The skills, attitude and experience we require are:

  • 1 - 2 years experience in either facilities, property management, construction, or hospitality industries. Fresh graduates from relevant degrees are welcome to apply.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Building or Facilities or Estate or Property Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent cross-team communication skills, must be able to create relationships quickly with colleagues and collaborate with business partners
  • Strong project management, organisation, and written skills
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems (optional, but preferred)
  • Basic working knowledge of Singapore building code regulations, fire and life safety
  • Able to respond to weekend activation or after office hours for emergency operations
