The opportunity

Deliveroo Belgium has a database of 8000+ riders, of which 3000+ are active at any time. We communicate with them through multiple channels: email, website, social, sms, and many more.

We are looking for a creative communication coordinator to manage these channels and is responsible for all communication towards riders. You will be in charge of CRM campaigns too: helping riders through their onboarding, motivate riders and work on activation campaigns.

You will need to:

• Write our weekly email newsletter
• Keep our rider website up to date
• Plan and execute rider communications
• Plan rider bonuses schemes
• Create fun content
• Manage our rider CRM campaigns
• Be the communications gatekeeper
• Coordinate communication with local and central stakeholders

You will be based in our office in Brussels, you are part of the operations team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A creative person
• That loves content and communication
• Has excellent written skills
• Bachelor in marketing, communication, journalistics, or similar
• A bit of HTML experience would be a plus
• Who's native dutch speaking with excellent knowledge of English (French is a big plus)
• Someone who is keen to learn and not afraid to do tasks not listed here
