Payroll Assistant - International 

The Deliveroo Payroll Team is looking for a Payroll Assistant - International to support our Payroll Lead in coordinating the inputs needed for processing payroll in our International locations using an outsourced payroll model with Cloudpay.

Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Partner with the People Operations team to ensure all inputs for contractual changes and any variable input are confirmed, included within agreed goals.
  • Liaise with internal HR partners to collect and organise payroll data before preparing templates for submission to 3rd party providers.
  • Ensure registration and de-registration of employees are following local legislation.
  • Support the payroll lead with the related operations for International regions in an outsourced environment.
  • Assist Lead with collation of the monthly payroll, including review of inputs and outputs.
  • Run payroll reports and assist the Payroll Lead with reconciliation of payrolls (3rd party providers and authorities).
  • Provide support and handle escalations promptly, managing internal and external stakeholders in the process.

Requirements

  • 2 years of Payroll experience in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge, commensurate with level, including understanding of International payroll processes and regulations.
  • Experience in an outsourced managed payroll environment.
  • Questions the why and the how.
  • Knowledge of Excel (can perform complex functions).
