We are looking for a Program Manager to join our People Insights and Analytics (PIA) team. PIA is a team of analytics experts, research scientists and dashboard wizards delivering business intelligence solutions and data-driven insights. We manage the employee listening program to help leaders, managers, and program leads make better decisions about people. We are a highly collaborative team, partnering across the People Team and the Business on all the programs we deliver. The Employee Voice Survey is a great example of this, being at the heart of understanding how our employees are experiencing Pinterest, and helping to inform the programs that are created to enhance that experience.

As the People Analytics Program Manager, you will own the employee continuous listening program. You will administer our listening points across the employee lifecycle and share clear and actionable recommendations based on the results, and collaborate with HR partners to drive substantive change in the business based on the employee voice. You will also partner closely with the Head of People Insights & Analytics to manage the delivery of large-scale PIA projects. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, strong program and project management skills, and business acumen.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and implement our flagship employee voice program to engage and gather insights from our Pinployees across the employee lifecycle, identifying actionable insights at the moments that matter most.
  • Build and manage the employee survey calendar taking into consideration other big Pinployee initiatives, quarterly business reviews, and create appropriate space between surveys to minimize fatigue.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop communication plans and cascade findings to stakeholders.
  • Design and administer surveys including scheduled engagement style, life cycle surveys, and ad hoc surveys that align to our business and stakeholder priorities.
  • Design compelling and digestible survey results presentations that tell our leaders about the employee experience and impact to our business priorities.
  • Support other HR COEs with employee listening insights as they strategize and build programs to enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the People Analytics Partners as they build and deliver results and recommendations to their stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Head of People Insights & Analytics and other team members to manage multiple concurrent large-scale PIA broader projects, including cross-functional partnerships and dependencies.
  • Build effective relationships and collaborate with PIA teammates, business leaders, and HR partners to solve organizational problems.
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data.

What we’re looking for:

  • Graduate education in a relevant area of study.
  • Strong experience running employee listening programs, managing employee survey vendors. (e.g., Culture Amp, Glint, Perceptyx, etc) and survey administration.
  • Strong program management skills with end-to-end project delivery experience.
  • Strong collaboration experience with cross functional partners and managing competing needs and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects.
  • An agile learner with solid problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
  • Active listener with the ability to break down needs into actionable directions.
  • An eye for design and creativity.
  • Ability to distill results to the most important insights.
  • An appreciation of the importance of the overall employee experience.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience with data mining and analysis of survey results.
  • An analytical creative who turns feedback into action -- you know you need data to tell the story, but that data doesn’t tell a story on its own.
