The Challenge

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative Product Organization. This Principal Product Manager will organize, define, prioritize and lead the execution of a complex product roadmap to meet the needs of our customers, partners, support teams, technical writers, and localization teams that use our myOneTrust community platform.  This platform is critical to our business in keeping our customers informed, engaged and educated on the OneTrust application. You will be tasked with improving business growth and north star metrics through the vision you define

Your Mission
  • Champion our myOneTrust community users by deeply understanding their unique needs and challenges ensuring the platform continuously evolves to enable users with vital resources, collaboration opportunities, and tools.
  • Outline product strategy focusing on customer value, competitive position, and business value, and translate those into product goals and themes (OKRs) to enhance input and north star product metrics.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at increasing the North Star Metric, focusing on unique logins week over week, and ensuring recurring active participation from users
  • Lead and collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams (including R&D, support, technical writing, localization and partner teams) with clear purpose and ownership to deliver key insights, tools, and features that deliver outcomes aligned to your strategy.
  • Create formal networks, within and outside of OneTrust, to evangelize, seek input and support your vision and long-term roadmap
  • Set and clearly communicate roadmap & development objectives, needs, and status of projects to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Advocate for best practices and process improvements that can streamline internal resources and introduce efficiencies in maintaining up-to-date content and engagement within the community
You Are

A subject matter expert in your product line, who can handle significant complexity in your role and exercise independent and sound judgement. Someone who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple personas and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines to deliver on aggressive timelines. You are capable of supervising activities, projects, and teams.  

Your Experience Includes   
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Psychology, Marketing, Digital / Social Media, or Instructional Design 
  • 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in an enterprise software development environment 
  • A minimum of 7 years as a Product Manager, with a preference for those experienced in community or chat applications
  • Demonstrated experience in prioritizing user logins and engagement in a software application
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams, and influencing conversations to drive positive outcomes for the product and the business
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to know when it’s necessary to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$153,550—$204,750 USDBenefits
