As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Principal Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will own the creation, assessment and refinement of messaging and key deliverables for LogicMonitor’s platform (LM Envision) and IT Infrastructure monitoring solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to influence and significantly impact marketing, sales, customer success, our product - and our overall business. 

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Report to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, working together to continuously improve messaging, content, enablement, and advocacy for our solutions.
  • Own the message map for the ITIM + network monitoring domains and build alignment with stakeholders to ensure consistent production and delivery of on-message content and enablement.
  • Engage stakeholders - product management, sales, enablement, and customer experience teams to align on messaging and marketing plans while contributing input to the product roadmap, sales enablement improvements and new marketing ideas
  • Partner with campaigns team to create and deliver ITIM-related campaigns
  • Represent the ITIM domain as a spokesperson for enablement, analyst, partner and customer audiences
  • Be THE leading domain expert in the marketing organization for infrastructure monitoring and network monitoring. 
  • Drive needed changes across our GTM motions to improve LogicMonitor operations and to ensure business success.
What You'll Need:
  • 10+ years B2B enterprise software sales experience in Product Marketing, Management, Sales, or Pre-sales.
  • Expertise in IT Monitoring solutions (ITIM, APM, NPM, Log monitoring).
  • Demonstrated technical acumen, capable of delivering detailed product demos to highlight differentiation and value.
  • Proactive stakeholder engagement for messaging alignment and marketing plans.
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on creation of marketing assets including demos, pitch decks, and videos, with a knack for innovation.
  • MBA preferred, but not required

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$158,400—$195,000 USD
