Program Manager, CX Operations + Technology

This role sits within the Customer Experience organization and is an integral part of the CX Operations & Technology team, supporting the operational infrastructure and programs for peak team performance. As Program Manager, you will work closely with the team on the processes contributing to the efficiency of team data and workflows. While coding experience is not mandatory, a strong interest in technology and a systems-oriented approach are essential.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with combined passions of organized problem-solving, tinkering with platforms and the enterprise customer experience. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own the maintenance  efficacy, and iteration of tools and dashboards used to track workload and KPIs for Customer Success and Implementation teams.
  • Work alongside the team on large scale initiatives planned to uplevel the CX organization and assist in the build out of solutions using tools in our existing tech stack. 
  • Partner with other program and front line managers within the CX organization to gather feedback and optimize existing workflows. 
  • Liaise with Revenue and Systems Operations teams to align on changes between interdependent workflows and assess impact on system updates.
  • Project manage the team’s sprint process via weekly standups, kanban board and release notes. 
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for the team’s systems and tools for internal how-to and onboarding of new hires. 

Required Skills and Qualities: 

Familiarity with productivity and sales tools such as Salesforce, Airtable and Jira.

  • Prior experience using no or low code tools. 

At least 3 years of experience supporting operations in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.A proactive, collaborative and positive problem solving approach. 

  • Keen business and technical acumen, with the ability to understand technical concepts and their business implications. 
  • Systems-oriented approach with experience coordinating new processes and implementing change management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with the sales and contract processes.  
  • Basic knowledge or a desire to learn automation tools (Zapier, REST APIs, scripting languages like Python and Node.js).

Targeted Base Salary Range:  $61,200.00 to $93,500.00

The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
